All new practice members will be required to fill out New Patient Paperwork. With your driver’s license and insurance card, we provide a complimentary check of insurance benefits.
Step two
Meet with our team for a one on one consultation to determine if you’re a good candidate for chiropractic care.
Step Three
A three part neurological exam will determine how your nervous system is functioning.
Step four
Our doctors may request specific chiropractic postural x-rays to be taken in our digital x-ray suite.
Step five
During your new practice member orientation appointment, our team will review your health findings from our assessments and present you a specific care plan with our chiropractic recommendations.
